The Gelati is the showcase of our menu and is a true indulgence!

Compensation:

Crew Member/Server wage is $10/hr + Tips.

Crew Member/Server – iServ/Jeremiah’s Italian Ice

Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Taking guest orders

• Serving Jeremiah’s products that consistently exceed expectations in image and quality

• Serving all guests efficiently while maintaining superior five-star service

• Handling cash and other forms of payment

• Answering questions – accurately and politely

• Performing opening and closing responsibilities

• Offering suggestions and guidance to guests pertaining to our menu and services

• Preparing all Jeremiah’s products. This may require lifting 50lbs to shoulder height and intense manual labor

• Stocking and organizing the store for maximum efficiency

• Maintain knowledge of Limited Time Offers, specials, promotional items, catering orders, Rewards Program, and other operational knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• Must be outgoing and friendly & be a self – starter that is self- motivated

Job Expectations:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking

• Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds

• Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment
