We’re looking for an experienced product professional to lead our Digital Banking – Banking Foundations product team within our Global Wealth Management Americas division. You will:

We’re looking for an experienced product professional to lead our Digital Banking – Banking Foundations product team within our Global Wealth Management Americas division. You will:
- own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the following products:
- data management
- MIS and analytics
- lead the product strategy of a bank foundational platform, with focus on interfaces across consuming and producing platforms and defining event maps
- create a delivery roadmap for the Banking Foundational platform
- have deep knowledge of APIs and integration patterns across multiple businesses
- lead data product strategy of the launch of a new bank checking account
- own the stand-up, configuration, customization of key platforms that hold reference data.
- work with the team to stand-up an Integrated Data Store (IDS) for centralizing data to facilitate cross product journeys and related events.
- lead product strategy for MIS reporting needs across deposits, cash mgmt., fraud, client interactions, etc
- create bank digital insight strategy to drive penetration and utilization of banking products / services
- partner with technology to design and deliver scalable business solutions
- experience collaborating with cross-functional crews such as account onboarding, core banking, sales, technology and operations and SMEs in an agile delivery environment
- strong influential skills

- formulate and be accountable for objectives and key results (OKRs) for the team, aligned to business goals and designed to drive client outcomes
- understand the end-to-end client and advisor journeys and collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive experience
- maintain and prioritize the backlog of work for the team
- lead the team in modern product practices, empower and be a servant leader to team members, and create an environment of continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation
- interact with clients, advisors, and other field professionals to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape
- line manage and develop the professional skills of product managers and product owners
- partner closely with the Technical Lead, other as well as other Stream and Crew Leads, aligned businesses and control functions across the division
Your team
Your team’s mission is to provide the Stream and Crew product and technical leads intuitive and leading integration and foundational capabilities that allow them to effectively grow and manage their capabilities.
