CSR - Customer Service Representative Job at Loumidis Foods, Inc.
This position is a liaison between customers, sales team, and internal departments.
· Contact customers or Sales Representatives for orders
· Create and process sales orders and invoices
· Submit pick lists to warehouse
· Ensure order accuracy
· Coordinate merchandise returns
· Up-sell; Identify selling opportunities, utilize selling methods to persuade customer to purchase our products or increase quantities
· Communicate promotions to customers
· Communicate promos of slow moving and close to expiring products
· Introduce new products to customers via email/phone and by forwarding marketing materials and samples upon request
· Process sample requests and coordinate sample delivery to customer or sales representative
· Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
· Tend to and resolve issues in a timely manner
· Provide administrative support as needed
· Provide product lists and pricing upon request
· Field incoming calls from potential customers/prospectsRespond to general inquiries
· Provide end of day reports
· Attend sales meetings and office training as needed
· Provide back-up coverage as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
