JOB CATEGORY: ADMINISTRATION
This position provides administrative support including daily telephone reception functions and greeting of customers. Also works on other assigned clerical projects using a personal computer.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college or formal business/secretarial school training preferred.
- Related work experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in the use of word processing, database and spreadsheet programs.
SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:
If assigned to a location serving patients and clients:
- According to PMS Human Resources Policy 205.006, “Healthcare Personnel Testing & Immunization Requirements,” this position must comply with required testing and immunizations. Testing and immunizations including TB, Hepatitis B (consent or waiver), Tdap, MMR, and Varicella, will be available at the employee’s PMS health center. Influenza vaccines will be required according to dates set by the CDC and NMDOH.
