‍ Responsibilities

• Answer the phone following a script, dispatch, and perform administrative work
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Follow up to ensure the resolution
• Inbound calls and outbound calls

• Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience required
• 6 months to 1 year experience using dispatching software, Service Titan or Serviceline preferred
• Completion of a degree or certification
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Word and Excel programs
• Strong people skills, reception, emotional intelligence, and phone etiquette
• Driver's license or passport
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
