JOB SUMMARY

Dairy Farmers of America] has an immediate job opening for a well-rounded Customer Service Rep I to perform a wide array of functions including developing reports, processing documentation, record keeping, reporting and data entry. The coordinator will need to communicate effectively within your department and meet daily deadlines.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKES :

  • $23.00per hour

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p

Requirements:
  • Customer Service Rep Duties/Qualifications:

The normal hours for this position id Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Half hour lunch

  • Calls our current customers for their orders daily.
  • Incoming calls from Sales/Stores with their orders, typing orders into spreadsheets (excel)when given over the phone, …. then process into our AS400 /JD Edwards system.
  • Stores include but are not limited to: Baskin Robbins (largest # of customers), Walmart, Woodman's, etc.
  • Data entry, entering these orders and verifying the days and routes and quantities are correct.
  • Filing orders in proper folders by date and truck route.
  • Running multiple daily jobs to produce pick tickets to give to warehouse to pick product and load trucks. These are done at certain times of the day.
  • Bringing over electronic orders and verifying Information (EDI)
  • Baskin Robbins order processing program
  • Baskin Robbins –knowledge of delivery day, order day and other questions.
  • Customers calling in for special delivery, this would be other than there scheduled delivery day.
  • Problem solving and communication is key.
  • Adapt to change, Winter Routing to Summer and vice a versa. April/October (adding or reducing trucks on the street)
  • Changes around the holidays, communications, questions, and pick ticket job processing, etc.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to work holidays
  • Excellent communication skills

Education/Experience:

HS/GED Required

Microsoft Office

Two years of Data Entry Preferred (10 Key)

Two Years of Customer Service Required
