Position:

Customer Service Representative

Brief Description:

Join our vibrant team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role involves a high level of responsibility and offers great opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Tasks:

• Assisting clients with inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Managing new orders, order changes, and cancellations
• Overseeing receivables for upcoming events
• Confirming orders with customers
• Resolving customer complaints effectively
• Billing clients for damaged items
• Documenting sub rentals such as Dinnerware, Linens, Chairs, etc.
• Preparing customer pickup orders
• Maintaining inventory reports

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• A personable and customer-friendly attitude
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Proficiency in Excel or Numbers

Compensation:

We offer a competitive pay range of $18-22 per hour, based on experience and skills.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM
