We are currently seeking superstar Customer Service Attendants to help us continue our mission of making people feel great - every Wave guest leaves a Raving Fan! This position is for our Whitman Lane location off of Yelm Hwy.

MAIN JOB CATEGORIES

• CUSTOMER SERVICE – go the extra mile to create moments that wow our customers and create Raving Fans through processing wash requests & vehicle prepping
• SALES – build knowledge of our products/services and be able to recommend what best meets the customer’s needs
• CLEANING – help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness (building, tunnel, landscaping, etc.)
• SAFETY – ensure a safe environment for all team members and experience for all customers
• TEAM – work with an amazing team, rotating positions throughout the day & following Wave procedures & policies, including appearance expectations
