About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle the full spectrum of Contact to Cash Order processes (using ERP systems, SAP) such as the preparation of orders, shipping documents, invoicing, rebates, and complaints.
This role is a great opportunity to be part of the Minerals team, support products vital to human progress.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Create sales contracts and sales orders in SAP in an accurate and timely matter
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team on plant/stock point inventory levels and any issues related to shipping.
- Create delivery requests, coordinate physical delivery for the logistics team, and provide customers with delivery notifications.
- Effectively communicate with various internal and external customers in Americas and globally.
- Understanding of customers’ requirements and RT order process and establishing a win-win outcome to ensure smooth delivery of products to provide excellent services to customers and distributors.
- Be involved in Business Improvement projects
What you will bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Degree in Business /Logistics/Supply Chain preferred with relevant years’ customer service experience
- Experience with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and easily
