Job Description:
Integrity Storage is a busy and expanding self storage facility and we are currently looking for outgoing individuals who are interested in growing with us! We are looking to hire Customer Service Representatives at each of our 4 current facility locations - including Garner, Benson, Fuquay-Varina and Wendell! We have both full-time and part-time positions available immediately!

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Both full-time and part-time positions available
- Works face-to-face with individuals and provides excellent customer service to new and existing customers
- Assesses and resolves customer problems and professionally handles telephone and walk-in inquiries
- Must be able to work weekends
- Full-time employees should be able to travel to assist their teammates across our sister facilities when needed
- Responsible for the sales, marketing, occupancy, and delinquency management of our stores
- Helps keep the facilities rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relationship skills in coordination with management
- Rents storage spaces and sells store merchandise
- Maintains customer records including leases, ledgers and monthly invoices
- Controls delinquencies through telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis
- Cleans vacated units, hallways, and grounds as needed
- Cleans office space and facility restrooms daily
- Maintains a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including minor maintenance, daily lock checks and visual inspections
- Accepts payments, manages cash drawer and prepares bank deposits
- Maintains working knowledge of lien law and company policy
- Effectively communicates with management and fellow associates
- Promotes idea-sharing in the workspace and leads by example
Desired Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge – Windows 10
- Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong phone, written and verbal communication skills required
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in any of the following areas - including public sales, retail, customer service, and property management
- Demonstrates self-motivation, enthusiasm, confidence, and will be a team player with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
- Qualified applicants should have references available upon request
- Qualified applicants should hold a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Applicants who apply are subject to a criminal background check
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or higher preferred
Work Environment:
- Answering phone calls regarding storage and truck/trailer rentals, payments, delinquencies, etc.
- Completing customer requests using our company's technology and self storage applications
- Light to heavy lifting, including U-Haul truck and trailer connections and opening and closing storage doors
- Daily walks around the store property
- Cleaning empty units, U-Haul trucks and trailers
- General housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, picking up trash around the facility, cleaning vacant storage units, U-Haul trucks, trailers and keeping the office space, windows and bathrooms tidy
- Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability
- Monday-Thursday hours are from 9:30am to 5:00pm
- Friday hours are from 9:30am to 5:30pm
- Saturday hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Sunday hours are from 9:00am to 1:00pm
