WASI Remote

· Responsible for driving individual sales through up selling and cross selling

· Consistently meets assigned sales goals

· Passion for delivering high quality customer service

· Offers products and services over the telephone

· Complies with and adheres to selling WASI’s client’s products and services

· Has strong verbal communication skills

· Quickly build professional relationships with the customers

· Maintains Customer records by updating account information

· Resolve product or service issues through identification and efficient resolution

· Contributes to a team effort of delivering high quality customer service

· Ability to manage Customers in difficult situations

· Must demonstrate strong attendance

· Must be team oriented

· Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

· Ability to be assertive, self-motivated and possess drive

· Complies with and adheres to selling policies, procedures, and Company ethics

· Overcomes specific objections raised by customer

· Closes the sale and is respectful of the customer's rights

· Must be able to handle a call volume of up to 500 outbound dials per day

· Must be able to handle a call volume of up to 200 inbound dials per day

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 1-2 years Call Center experience

· Problem Solving skills

· Consultative and Probing Listening skills

· Typing skills 30 words per minute

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

· Regularly required to sit for up to (8) eight hours a day.

Rate of Pay for Sales Program:

· Base pay is $13.00, per hour, for call center staff which is require by client

· Potential bonus after program starts and establishes a profitable SPH

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
