Customer Service Representative - Seasonal Summer Help Job at Cedar Crest Specialties, Inc.
Cedar Crest Ice Cream has an immediate opening for a seasonal Customer Service Representative in our Cedarburg, WI office. The person in this position can expect to work 25-30 hours per week through Labor Day in September. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, this position will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls, processing incoming orders, contacting customers to determine product needs, working with sales reps and distribution to coordinate deliveries and coordinating orders for point-of-purchase materials. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in a high-volume environment, familiarity with computer-based systems and basic proficiency in using a 10-key and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. This position will have the ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude when working with customers and company personnel.
