Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager
Job Summary:
· FAR Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing enterprise-level cybersecurity programs. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, develop strategic plans, and lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, extensive program management experience, and excellent communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity support programs of 15 or more IT professionals Experience conducting Strategic Cybersecurity Program Planning Experience developing and presenting formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management Extensive experience with core PM tools including Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Tools.
· Direct demonstrated experience serving in Lead role (i.e., supervisory, program manager, etc.) managing tasks, schedules, resource allocation, and communication with key stakeholders, etc.
· Direct demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity programs of 15 or more IT professionals
· Direct demonstrated experience conducting Strategic Cybersecurity Program Planning
· Direct demonstrated experience developing and presenting formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage enterprise-level cybersecurity programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans for cybersecurity initiatives, considering potential risks, threats, and vulnerabilities.
4. Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship.
5. Manage tasks, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful completion of program milestones.
6. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide program updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
7. Develop and deliver formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management, conveying program status, key findings, and recommendations.
8. Conduct strategic cybersecurity program planning, identifying long-term goals, initiatives, and resource requirements.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the field of cybersecurity, and provide guidance on their potential impact on the organization.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements into various business processes and systems.
11. Ensure effective use of project management tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Tools to track program progress, document deliverables, and facilitate collaboration.
