We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Dairy Queen Crew Members. Whether you're an adult looking for full-time employment or a young adult/student seeking part-time work, we have opportunities to suit your needs. We have three major areas: Chill, Grill, & Customer Service! We will train you while you’re working!

You’ll be responsible for:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare & serve a variety of delicious Dairy Queen menu items, including ice cream treats, food items, & beverages.
• Operate cash registers & handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Our team is everything to us!

Details:

• For full-time positions: Availability to work 30 plus hours per week.
• For part-time positions: Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
