Job Description
Purpose of Position
Under general supervision, develops and formulates personnel goals, policies, programs, systems and procedures. Audits, monitors, analyzes, reviews and interprets policies for personnel administration. Selects, writes and reviews materials for inclusion in various Corporate manuals.

Summary of Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform data entry for PeopleSoft transactions
- Performs regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies and procedures
- Audit the information in our HR system to improve data accuracy for payroll and reporting
- Assist with the implementation of new departmental initiatives and HRIS projects
- Collaborates with and assists HR team as needed
- Research best practices as it relates to streamlining HR processes
- Work with IT team during upgrades and technical changes
- Manage the scanning of Human Resources files into Onbase
- Liaison with Central Office Onbase team to discuss issues with the system
- Perform weekly updates of the Senior Cab Dashboards
- Provide reports to senior leadership when requested
- Prepare the annual board report
Minimum Qualifications
1. Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; or
2. High School Diploma or its educational equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, labor relations, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, customer service (providing information and resolving customer concerns), or a related administrative support function.
