Pay & Benefits for Daycare Teacher:
· $14-$15/hour to start
· Medical Insurance paid at 50%, 401k (only 30 hours/week to be considered full-time)
· Will pay for CDA with a pay increase upon completion.
Duties, Responsibilities, & Requirements:
· Minimum 18 years and older, high school diploma, must be able to pass a drug screen, background check with fingerprints, and a physical w/TB test.
· Take great care of children of various age groups while being flexible and patient. Ability to communicate with parents on the student’s progress, status, and daily activities.
· Ability to multi-task while remaining organized and follow lesson plans as outlined for the age group.
· Willingness to clean as this is a very important part of the role.
· A caring individual that can remain impartial and not get too close to the kids.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
