As the DC Operation Supervisor, we’ll count on you to inspire your team to continuously raise the bar, while taking responsibility for the shift day-to-day operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

· Supervise and provide direction- leadership- and support to team members.

· Develop and maintain effective organization with qualified personnel.

· Maintain department efficiency and safety to ensure that quality requirements are met.

· Promote initiatives and continuous improvement projects for the warehouse operation.

· Responsible for accuracy of required administrative reports and record keeping.

· Responsible for safe work practices and housekeeping procedures.

· Responsible for reconciling labor hours to process weekly payroll.

· Responsible for managing and controlling shift overtime.

Qualifications

· Previous work experience in fulfillment / Distribution center as a supervisor in high volume operations.

· Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while preserving sense of urgency.

· Experience in leading- motivating- and mentoring hourly associates teams.

· Ability to excel working with a diverse array of personnel- from hourly employees to senior leadership.

· Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Ability to ensure consistency and accountability for your team’s results.

· Comfortable with extensive standing, sitting, lifting, walking, visual, responding quickly to sounds and driving.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility:

· This position will supervise the second shift production team members at the Lewisville, TX facility.

· This is an exempt position, some weekend work required.

Work Environment:

· Wide variations in environment temperature (Non temperature control DC) noise and moving equipment.
