REQUISITION SUMMARY
Exciting opportunity to help expand the Kenworth distribution network of more than 460 locations in the U.S. and Canada. Manage key programs that support the growth of Kenworth/PACCAR distribution through traditional and new store formats including TRP and Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) charging stations. Work directly with Kenworth Dealers and become the recognized expert regarding Kenworth dealership operational, financial and performance data.
DUTIES:
- Manage the PremierCare Gold (PCG) certification program to improve service excellence across the network
- Manage the Kenworth Customer Satisfaction System (KCSS) to improve the customer dealership experience by creating call lists, updating surveys, maintaining vendor relations, producing reports, and participating in the QMR
- Manage Connected Truck data and all aspects of the Kenworth Dealer Database by developing reports and monthly report cards to detail dealership operational and financial performance and business opportunities
- Coordinate Dealer Agreement renewals and other dealership proposals with Regional Dealer Development Managers (RDDM’s), Kenworth Credit, and other departments
- Manage the Kenworth Dealer Excellence (DEX) program including annual program updates, completion reports, production of annual performance packages, and communications to Kenworth Dealers
- Manage the Kenworth Dealer Sign Program and help enforce Kenworth’s brand and identity standards
- Help manage Dealer compliance with PACCAR training and tooling standards for PACCAR Engines
- Coordinate the PACCAR Institute for Managerial Leadership (PIML) for Kenworth Dealers on an annual basis
- Create customized maps using specialized mapping software for use in proposals and presentations
- Deploy new tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Canto, others) to use big data to optimize effective product distribution
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a business or data analytics field
- 2+ years previous full-time work experience desired
- Technically savvy with spreadsheets and databases with the ability to quickly learn data analytics software
- Ability to manage large, complex projects, including the logistics of large meetings
- High attention to detail, results-driven work ethic, and strong analytical skills are essential
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong personal computer skills including Excel, Access, Tableau, Snowflake and PowerPoint required
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to develop trusting business relationships
- Less than 5% travel required

The salary range for Dealer Development Marketing Analyst is $80.800 - $1226,600 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.
