Bingham and Sons is a family owned and operated business located on Main Street in Rexburg. We have been in Business for over 95 years and pride ourselves on providing customer the best service in the region.
We are looking for a Full Time Delivery Driver/Warehouse person to join our Team. We are open Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am - 3pm.
We are looking for employees who want to work, if you require lots of time off or plan to miss work or need a flexible schedule this job is not for you. We reward performance including pay increases and additional opportunities to grow into other roles in our business.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Install and set up furniture and appliances in customers homes and businesses.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Set up, install and test appliances and remove old appliances.
- Unload incoming Freight, including Appliances, Furniture and Flooring
- Snow Removal, cleaning and other shop tasks.
- Stock showroom floor, unpackage, assemble and put furniture and appliances on the floor.
Skills
- Experience Operating a box Van or similar large Vehicle is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to lift heavy furniture & Appliances. **MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50-100 LBS on a regular basis is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills is required.
- Good driving record with little to no traffic violations is required.
- Handy with tools, some basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
