Fresh Coast Freight is looking to hire part-time/full-time delivery drivers to join our team and help us provide the outstanding service our customers expect. The delivery routes you support are rural and will have more driving time and lower package volumes than typical routes in the area. (CDL License is NOT required)

Part-time positions would be full days, 2-4 times a week, with seasonal flexibility.

In this role, you will be expected to work independently and be responsible for ensuring timely package delivery to and/or pick up from our clients, along with loading, unloading, and organizing your truck as necessary.

Benefits:

· Compensation: $140-190 per day depending on experience

· Full time position would have benefits such as: Overtime pay (up to double-time during peak season), Bonus pay, Paid time off (PTO), Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, On-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 21 years old

· Must have a valid driver's license (CDL not required) and a clean driving record

· Previous experience as a driver, delivery truck driver, warehouse worker, or construction worker may be helpful but is not necessary

· Ability to pass company driving test, background check, drug test, and DOT physical required

· First Responders, Military, and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service

· Typical Work Hours: 8:30 am - delivery completion (drivers are usually done by 5:30 pm)

· Paid training will be provided and covers delivery/route procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service skills, and driver safety

· Ability to lift 50 Lbs.
