Our Opportunity

We are looking for a career-oriented route delivery driver to serve as a member of our delivery team. The ideal delivery route driver candidate is a self-motivated team player who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The delivery driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Our work environment is influenced by our customers – craftspeople and artists helping consumers and businesses make their environments personal and compelling through art and wall décor.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility as a delivery route driver is driving a 26-foot box truck from Roselle, IL facility to the assigned hub. This is a 40-hour work schedule Monday thru Thursday or as needed for coverage during the Monday thru Friday work week. This is a night shift opportunity driving from 6 pm – 4 am, 4-days per week, or as needed for shuttle to the hub(s).

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders on manifest before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied.
• Loading and unloading items into assigned box truck or sprinter van.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operating equipment, such as pallet jack or dolly.

What You Need To Be Successful

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state. Non CDL Class-C
• Clean driving record.
• Professional appearance
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods up to 50lbs.
• Attention to detail.

Salary Range: $19-$21 depending on experience
