The Delivery Channels Program Partner supports the Delivery Leadership Team in promoting the success of the business. This role partners closely with business leaders in ensuring projects are executed with the objective and team member adoption in mind. This includes the prioritization, organization and change management of all enterprise projects that will impact the member or the delivery teams. Additionally, the role has the responsibility to implement and execute services that will optimize the business.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the delivery channel on multiple high valued projects determined by the delivery leadership team.
- Partners with other business leaders to implement specific initiatives, projects, etc. that impact the Retail Branches and other delivery channels.
- Identify and analyze the change, along with understanding key stakeholders and risks. Conduct a change impact assessment to understand current to future state and the magnitude of change.
- Influence a broad range of stakeholders and internal change team to implement a change plan and drive organizational alignment.
- Ensuring project goals are reached and manage for maximum productivity, in ways that promote the company’s culture
- Support leadership in the development of surveys, analysis, and continuous improvements of the current business tools offered.
- Develop a comprehensive change strategy and key performance indicators that will change behaviors to meet intended business outcomes.
- Enable the organization to realize business results through adoption and sustained change by setting and measuring success metrics to monitor the change process.
- Monitor issues within change initiatives and assist in creating a risk mitigation plan to resolve change collision or saturation conflicts.
- Support the delivery teams in developing team readiness objectives and tools / resources needed to achieve business needs.
- Support the integration efforts of platforms, technologies, products, etc. across all lines of business for a seamless and robust member experience.
- Create innovative ways to generate and drive user adoption.
- Manage user acceptance testing request and coordinate resources with leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering required
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with member facing teams ie. Retail Branches, Virtual or Contact Center
- Knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory requirements, compliance rules, core systems and internal procedures.
- Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies (Agile and/or Kanban, PMP)
- Knowledge with change management experience in the financial services industry
