Full-time positions delivering Packages!

T.D. Logistiks are here to offer 8-10 hour shifts, 1 to 5 days flexible work week. Health Insurance for Full-time drivers. Steady, reliable work within a great team-oriented atmosphere.

T.D. Logistiks is looking for people who are independent, self-motivated, effective in a fast-paced environment, and who are ready to work! Successful drivers put safety first, care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction, and most importantly are eager to spread smiles across Metro East/St. Louis area. Package pick up site/location will be based out of Pontoon Beach, IL.

Qualifications:

- Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service.

- Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van numerous times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid driver’s license.
- Consent to records check.

- Drug free
- Safe driving records/background check.
- Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary/Hourly Rate: Base pay starting at $18.50/ hour + the potential for performance related bonuses. Paid weekly.

License/Certifications needed: Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: Metro East/St. Louis area

Hours per week: 10-19 hours, 20-29 hours, or 30-40 hours per week.

Vehicle Provided: Yes, oversized cargo van with required training.

Job Duties:

-Loading the delivery vehicle with daily packages.

-Heavy lifting (lifting packages over 25 lb.).
-Successfully delivering to commercial locations.
-Successfully delivering to residential locations.

-Scanning/photographing packages, entering required info into a hand-held device (i.e. the Rabbit).

-Safely use of in-van navigation program while driving the route to locate customer delivery points.

- A team first attitude as Delivery Associates (DA's) may be called upon to assist with other DA's who may be bogged down or who have fallen behind on their route schedules ("Rescue Routes").
