LEBU Express LLC is a last mile delivery service provider looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented drivers and independent drivers to deliver customer packages. Delivery drivers strive to get every order to the customer's door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

• Driver's Must have their own Vehicle (cargo van, Mini van, big SUV No CDL Required.

Shift is 10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. We need Independent/drivers Contractors who are hardworking, dependable, self-reliant, and want to join our busy delivery team. With the use of your smart phone and provided delivery app technology for routing and delivering, the work is relatively EASY. You will be scanning your packages and loading your own vehicle. You will be delivering small/medium packages to homes and businesses in dense areas/ rural areas (Jessup / Glen Burnie / Pasadena / Severn / Severna Park / Arnold / Crownsville / Brooklyn Park.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.

Compensation & Benefits

• $800-1,500/weekly
• $1.20 - $1.40 per Stop/package rate.

Basic Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be physically able to handle fast-paced walking, lifting, bending and stooping

• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and must be able to pass a background check.
• The ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, and must be comfortable squatting, kneeling, and turning frequently.
• The ability to work extra hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if requested.
• Previous experience operating box trucks, freight trucks, or any other kind of delivery vehicle.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions precisely.
• Inspect vehicles and merchandise for any problems to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Load and unload trucks at a variety of locations in accordance with company specifications.
• Deliver merchandise to our customers in a timely manner by following assigned routes.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while engaging with customers
• Review the specifics of the delivery with the customer and confirm that the delivery was completed.
