$20 - $22 an hour
We are a modern, one doctor private Endodontic practice in Mesa seeking a personable, compassionate front office dental care coordinator to help provide our patients a friendly and professional experience.
To be successful in our practice we require articulate communication skills, strong attention to detail and to be a team player!
Front Office Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Assisting patients in filling out information forms.
- Communicating with dental insurance providers
- Provide treatment plan/estimates to patients
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, scanning, verifying insurance
- Assist in submitting and following up with dental claims and appeals (claims
- Assisting with referral office relations (sending reports, email and phone communication with referring offices)
Front Office Requirements
- At least one year of front office dental experience.
- Knowledge of dental insurances (PPO, HMO)
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Must work independently and cooperatively in a small team environment
- Great telephone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
