An Endodontic specialty office in Friendship Heights has an immediate opening for a Patient Care Coordinator. Job Description
- Full time position (5 days per week) with Monday – Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Responsibilities include answering the phones, scheduling and welcoming new patients, coordinating insurance benefits and organizing practice marketing activities
- Fulfill endodontic administrative duties
Experience and Qualifications
- Excellent telephone etiquette and patient service skills
- Self-motivated, punctual, efficient and solutions-oriented
- An Associate's degree is preferred
- Previous experience with billing and insurance is beneficial
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Highly competitive salary
- Based on experience and skill level - $23.00 – 28.00 per hour
