Job Description :
Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support. Helpdesk needs include phone support, handling minor triage issues with basic troubleshooting and escalating all other issues to Level 2 and 3 support. Responsibilities include maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies throughout the Firm, to maximize Firm-wide productivity and minimize system downtime. Assists with Helpdesk duties and installs hardware and software.
Qualifications:
- Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: High School
- How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 1 year of iPhone configuration experience
Required Skills:
1. Ability to train end users.
2. iPhone experience.
3. Sound troubleshooting methodology
4. iOS troubleshooting experience.
Desired Skills:
1. Troubleshooting to resolution over the phone.
2. Knowledge of enterprise computing environments.
3. Time and task management.
4. Organized and detail oriented.
Soft Skills:
1. Experience working with physicians.
2. Experience presenting/training groups of up to 20 people a plus.
