DevOps Engineer* Job at DSFederal Inc
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our software development infrastructure and processes.
Requirements:- Design and implement automated deployment and testing pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software releases.
- Configure and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using tools based on AWS.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and applications.
- Develop and implement security best practices for the infrastructure and applications.
- Continuously improve the infrastructure and processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.).
- Experience with AWS cloud-based infrastructure.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or related field
Education Required:
- Bachelors in Engineering
