Diesel Technicians - Level III: $5,500.00 Sign-on Bonus

Level III - Master Technician with at least five years experience in Medium-Heavy Duty Trucks.
ASE Certifications or Equivalent:
- (T1) Gasoline Engines
- (T2) Diesel Engines
- (T3) Drivetrain
- (T4) Brakes
- (T5) Suspension and Steering
- (T6) Electrical/Electronic Systems
- (T7) Heating, Ventilation and A/C
- (T8) Preventive Maintenance Inspection
Accurately Troubleshoot and Diagnose all problems with customer's medium-heavy duty trucks, buses and equipment including:
Electrical/Electronic Systems; Diesel Engines; Suspension & Steering; Brakes; Drive Train; Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning; Hydraulics.
- Identify parts necessary to complete repairs and routine maintenance.
- Perform complex and/or major repairs on customer's medium-heavy duty trucks, buses and replace parts as necessary.
- Complete all work orders and time clock assignments in a legible, accurate and timely manner.
- Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
- Mentor & assist lower level Technicians in completing work assignments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.
Additional Qualifications:
· Teaching experience is valued.
· Ability to motivate team members of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
