POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the Dining Services team in the preparation and service of meals and to perform duties as required for the smooth operation of the Dining Services Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under the direction of your supervisor assist all food service personnel in whatever manner necessary to properly serve the residents. Taking orders, serving food and filling drinking glasses as needed.
• Set and reset all tables in dining room as needed.
• Assist in cleaning dining room tables and dining area.
• Assist in dishwashing as needed
• if necessary upon request by supervisor.
• Take out all garbage, clean all garbage cans daily.
• Clear tables as residents finish their meals.
• Deliver room service trays.
• Present a professional demeanor that communicates to current and prospective residents the corporate philosophy of service, goodwill, and genuine interest in the resident’s unique needs.
• While on duty, diligently and conscientiously devote your full and exclusive time and attention, your best skills and efforts, to discharge of your duties
• Perform such other tasks as may be required from time to time by the management of the community.
