Cognizant’s Digital Leadership Academy is more than just a seminar or a series of classes — it’s an interactive experience of discovery that brings together some of the best, brightest and most diverse undergraduate and graduate students across North America. Built into this amazing two-day event is an interactive upskilling learning experience, resulting in an exciting badge for you to add to your resume and LinkedIn accomplishments. Plus, all Digital Leadership Academy participants are given exclusive first access to interview for Cognizant job openings after the conference.

This program is open to students who are rising juniors and seniors AND MBA students just starting their MBA program from any campus across US and Canada. We hire technology majors (computer science, computer engineering, information sciences, analytics), business majors (for our consulting practice) and even have pathways for other majors (liberal arts, science, statistics, etc.) who are considering a pivot into a tech career.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate candidates: Must currently be a full-time enrolled Sophomore or Junior on a 4-year track (Dec, 2023 or May/June, 2024 Bachelor graduates)
• Graduate candidates: MBAs just starting out in a 2-year program (2025 MBA graduates)

Work Authorization

Due to the nature of this position, Cognizant cannot provide sponsorship for U.S. work authorization (including participation in a CPT/OPT program) for this role
