Summary of Position

• Create social media content for the following social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc. Drive organic social media engagement by generating and executing a social media strategy across various platforms.
• Engage with our followers and community. Conduct online relationships by responding to comments and questions based off posted content in regard to product questions.
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, trends, and best practices.
• Research other large social media Landscape/Hardscape companies for ideas
• Attend occasional seminars held by other large companies

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Posting to Social Media Accounts
• Daily Photo/Video of current jobs using drone, gopro, phone
• Photo/Video editing
• Organize marketing material
• Maintain google
• Maintain company website
• Requirement: FAA license to fly drone. (Company can help obtain one if not)

Job Schedule

• Expected hours of operation will vary season to season as well as with weather concerns
• Typical schedule will be 7am-5pm or at time of job completion. Monday – Friday with weekends occasionally due to weather or demanding deadlines
• Spring, Summer, Fall will be full time
• Winters will be Part Time

Benefits

• Employees will be paid bi-weekly (Every other Friday)

• If vacation time is necessary, it will need to be approved at least 2 weeks in advance by the owner. Approvals are not guaranteed
• Reimbursements for FAA License
