I have an immediate opening for a Project Manager in my Greenwood Village office. If you are looking to either get into the Internet Marketing space or already are in and just looking for something new, please consider this opportunity. I look forward to hearing from you. The job is a hybrid of in-office and work-from-home. Monday is 8-12 in the office and the rest of the day work from home and Friday is work from home all day. Tuesday -Thursday is office only. We have coffee and espresso and as many snacks as you can eat.

Project Manager (PM) Responsibilities

• Manage all projects coming in for new clients (mostly attorneys)
• Work with clients to get their projects completed in a timely fashion
• Work with all members of the team to complete projects including owner
• Open communication
• Update clients weekly as to the status of their project (Friday updates)

Role Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual - I need to be able to rely on your ability to come to work each day.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google's suite of products
• Project Management tool experience is helpful, but not necessary (we will teach you)
• Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with WordPress a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Self driven in completing tasks
• Efficient working both independently and with a team
• Ability to take direction from management and collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Out of the box thinker
• Full Time: M-F from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• In-Office position Monday thru Thursday, Friday is work from home day
• Great at building relationships (with our clients) over the phone
