Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a critical position in an innovative startup disrupting the compliance industry? We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to own RegScale’s digital marketing channels and execute all digital initiatives to engage new and existing prospects and improve brand awareness. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will implement digital marketing campaigns to support the execution of digital programs with strong attention to detail.
The position must be a US Citizen and is subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing requirements. Work is hybrid, but if located in the Tysons Corner vicinity should expect to be in the office three days per week. We recognize that our customer's success is vital to our company’s success. Activities:
- Manage execution of all digital campaigns, including but not limited to PPC, search, display, paid social, organic social, website, and retargeting
- Ensure the precise and seamless execution of digital marketing strategies
- Own the website dev and optimization, and execute the day-to-day content calendar on WordPress
- Create and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
- Collaborate with other Marketers to measure and report on marketing campaigns; own all website performance utilizing Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager and other tools
- Solid writing and presentation skills to help translate our value prop into impactful go-to-market content.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing best practices and technologies. Brainstorm and collaborate with internal teams on new ideas and tactics
- Assist in any other periodic marketing projects and tasks as required, including but not limited to lead capturing, lead scoring, managing/organizing/disseminating marketing collateral, etc.
What you’ll need:
- Experience using Pardot and Salesforce as marketing automation/CRM tools
- Experience with additional MarTech: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, monday.com, Figma, Canva
- B2B social media fluency, native use, and knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and their ad platforms
- Previous experience working in an early-stage company and in a high-growth environment with quick iteration and turnaround time on projects
- Excellent problem-solving, project prioritization skills, and attention to details
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple activities/projects simultaneously
- Ability to grasp every touch point in the user journey flow
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insights
- Strong analytical skills
- Hard worker ready to put in the hours necessary to build the business and reap the rewards that come with doing so
- Self-starter, flexible, and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- 2+ years of hands-on experience executing, running, and managing digital display campaigns, SEM campaigns (Google/Bing Ads/Meta), and social media ad campaigns (especially LinkedIn Ads) in a B2B environment.
- Must have experience and understanding of SEO, including keyword research, meta-data, link building, and best practices.
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus
