Must be willing to work in a traditional office setting in Blue Ash, Ohio. This is not a remote position.
We are seeking a full-time, creative, to increase brand awareness around two national brands: Advertising Vehicles and Adsposure as a culture champion. You will develop impactful content that tells engaging “stories” through varied marketing strategies and channels. The ideal candidate will have variety of skills including, but not limited to marketing, design, project management, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Snapshot of Communications Manager at Advertising Vehicles ….
• Develop “stories”, content, and articles for collateral, presentations, press releases, media alerts, etc.
• Maintain content calendar for public communications on blogs, social media, and landing pages.
• Real-world experience developing SEO rankings using term selection, content, backlinking, and usability.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
• Manage and maintain websites – utilizing a CMS.
• Develop and publish content to social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, blogs, etc.)
• Coordinate PR (Public Relations) to proactively build and manage relationships in new markets with various media individuals/outlets and internal communications.
• Coordinate video and photography shoots.
• Help develop campaigns for increased lead generation and brand interaction.

Requirements:You are Great for The Communications Manager Role Because ….

• BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Excellent written communication skills (copywriting, editing) with a passion for telling stories.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing or communications position is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in writing and editing skills, with the ability to gather and organize information, maintain a consistent voice, and develop effective written content.
• Hands-on experience with* SEO tools* such as SEMRush, MOZ, NeilPatel.com, Yoast.
• Experience with WordPress or other webpage CMS systems.
• Experience with email marketing systems such as Constant Contact.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and prioritizing projects Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Ability to take on multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks.
• Work well both individually and as part of a team. Must enjoy working and interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus; design sensibility is a plus.
• Photography skills are a plus.
• Travel and non-traditional hours are required at times.
