SCHEDULE: Full and Part time available - flexibility needed and must be able to work weekends and holidays
As a Server, you will interact with residents, families, staff, and other visitors to the community in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner; act as a positive representative of the community at all times; take orders and serve residents & guests requested food & beverage items; inform residents & guests of daily menu offerings; clear, clean and sanitize tables between each sitting, following Balfour’s infection control policies; set up dining room; clean and mop as directed and make fresh coffee as needed.
You have the ability to maintain customer focus treating all customers with respect and integrity, experience as a server or other hospitality experience, customer service experience, the ability to provide a high level of compassion and respect for our elderly residents, a talent for interacting with a wide variety of people including our residents and their guests, the ability to read, write and communicate in English.
