We are currently searching for Dining Room Servers to perform a variety of functions in our dining room, ensuring that our residents are able to have a wonderful dining experience. If you have experience as a dining room server and/or excellent customer service skills as well as a passion for working with seniors we would love the opportunity to speak with you!
The Monarch at Richardson , a Solvere Living managed community, is currently hiring for our established senior living community located in Richardson, TX. We offer both Assisted Living and Memory care services to our residents and are located in a multiplex area which allows for easy access to the community by public transportation such as bus and train transportation. The location of this community allows residents and team members alike to enjoy the big-city-style living while also offering the feeling of a close-knit community. Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Similar experience preferable
- The ability to work in a team environment and work flexible shifts
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Takes resident(s) meal orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently
- Provides delivery of orders to resident apartments upon request
- Sets tables with napkins and tableware
- Refills condiments and salt and pepper shakers
- Sets up and keeps salad and dessert counter supplied
- Cleans dining room tables and chairs and vacuums dining room
- May perform other duties as needed
- May have their picture taken and image used in social media or community advertising.
- May be video recorded from devices installed by families in residents’ apartments.
