Direct Care Professional (1st Shift!) Job at Hire Partnership, LLC
We are seeking Direct Care Professionals to work within one of our group homes in Massachusetts in Monson, MA. Must have at least 1 year of Direct Care Work experience and a driver's license.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift Full Time: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm; Sun/Mondays Off - Must work Saturdays
OR
- 1st Shift Part Time; 6:30 am - 2:30 pm; Tues/Wed/Thurs Off - Must work weekends
Pay: $22-25/hr
Responsibilities of a Direct Care Worker Include:
- Assist individuals in dressing, bathing, and completing basic hygiene tasks.
- Oversee any required rehabilitation exercises.
- Ensure that individuals take their prescribed medications.
- Prepare meals that adhere to special dietary considerations.
- Teach developmentally disabled adults how to adopt basic independent living skills.
- Meet with family to discuss needs of patients.
- Runs errands to the grocery store, laundromat, cleaners, drugstore, and other necessary locations.
- Organize activities for patients.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Direct Care Work experience.
- Active Driver's License
- Full Covid Vaccination
