Seeking Experienced Direct Support Professionals to work with developmentally disabled adults.
- Provide care, assistance and supervision for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Cooking and preparing meals.
- General housecleaning and laundry.
- Assist with personal hygiene.
- Ensure and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Keep detailed records and update daily notes.
- Assist with and administer medication.
- Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship.
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and have limited decision-making and independent judgments.
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal/DOJ background check.
- Ability to obtain/retain CPR/1st Aid certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma/GED.
- Prefer 1 year experience in providing care to adults with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate about the care and well-being of others.
In addition to the above requirements, may transport individuals to and from their day program and community outings using a company vehicle. (Will require good driving record.)

Swing Shifts available (2:30-10:30pm) Wed thru Sun or Thurs thru Mon
