Base Pay:
$16.15 - $21.50/hour Depending on Experience and DoH Credentials
(New caregivers without DoH Credentials must acquire NAR certification and complete 75 hours of required training w/in 120 days of hire)

Description: Snohomish Supportive Living Services, LLC is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home care and support to adult individuals with developmental disabilities living in Snohomish County.

Our DSPs are an integral part of each client's person-centered support plan, advocating for their needs and creating opportunities for individual achievement every single day!

Duties may include: Medication management, housekeeping, laundry, assisting with feeding, meal preparation, personal care, toileting, hygiene support, transferring, positioning, behavioral support, companionship, and driving clients to medical appointments and shopping.

Current full-time and part-time openings in Monroe and Lake Stevens, WA.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must pass the DSHS BCCU background check at time of hire
  • Must possess a 75-hour certificate, a 75-hour exemption letter, or complete 75 Hours of Training (5-Hr Safety and Orientation, 40-Hr Core, 30-Hr Population Specific Training) within 120 days of hire
  • Must be certified as NAR, CNA or HCA within 120 days of hire
  • Must have current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Female-only staff at Lake Stevens sites

Drivers must possess:
  • Vehicle in good and safe operating condition
  • Clean driving record
  • Driver License
  • Washington State Auto Insurance

Base Pay:
Hourly, $16.50 - $21.50 depending on experience and certifications
$0.25/hour extra for drivers

80 hours Paid Time Off per year for full-time employees (>30 hours/week)
40 hours Paid Time Off per year for part-time employees (15-30 hours/week)
