The **Director of Digital Innovation Integration** is part of the Transportation and Logistics Center of Excellence team and has responsibilities for deploying new technological solutions across operations and maintenance as well as developing a vision and roadmap for the future state of pipeline and terminal operations. The position works closely with the Midstream Digital Innovation team, the Centers of Excellence, Regional Operations, Information Technology, and other Midstream functions as needed. Efforts are in service to achieving Midstream strategic objectives including operational excellence, human performance improvement, and competitive advantage.

  • *Responsibilities may include:**

  • Managing multiple diverse projects including development and execution of resource strategies, cost and schedule tracking, and commissioning efforts

  • Building strong working relationships with leaders, operations, and subject matter experts across the organization

  • Cultivating and utilizing a network of internal and external stakeholders to enable efficient execution

  • Written and verbal communication of plans across a variety of functions

  • Delivering assurance of functionality and requirements aligned with business needs

  • Integration of technology across organizations within Midstream and Phillips 66

  • Developing and implementing sustainability plans that may include training on new roles and responsibilities, establishing maintenance tasks, and identifying external partners

  • Periodically reviewing relevance of deployed technology in field operations and proposing/implementing adjustments to maintain or improve value capture

  • Defining and gaining alignment on a vision for the future state of field operations

  • Reviewing available technology and following evolution of technology as it relates to the future state

  • Review organizational new technology proposals for consistency to the future state operations

  • *Basic/Required Qualfications**

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

  • 3 or more years of pipeline and/or terminals engineering or operations experience

  • 2 or more years of experience in project or program management

  • Technology aptitude

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with new technology vendors

  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong collaboration and change management skills

  • *Preferred Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline including engineering, construction management, or information technology

  • 10 or more years of pipeline and/or terminals engineering or operations experience

  • 2 or more years’ experience in digital and/or technology deployment

  • 2 or more years’ experience with pipelines automation or control room operations

  • Established relationships with pipeline and terminal technology providers

  • Strong facilitation skills - ability to secure understanding, ownership and commitment to activity timing across the organization

  • Self-starter capable of working with limited supervision; Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to create an environment of inclusiveness and foster communication

  • Active learner with good midstream business knowledge

  • Ability to manage and perform multiple tasks concurrently

  • Proven discipline in following operational standards and processes
