Director, OKPIs Training & Coaching
The Role
This role will drive the process to improve Objectives & KPIs across the enterprise to help all our leaders improve the articulation of the outcomes they are trying to achieve. This role will include creating training materials, coaching leaders and support organization in the value of Objectives and KPI framework. The use of OKPIs is critical to our development of Portfolio Transparency and the shift to driving better outcomes for the firm and our customers.
The Expertise You Have
- Knowledge of Objectives and KPIs and Why they matter to an organization and leaders within it
- Knowledge of Fidelity’s planning processes (Multi-Year, Operating, QPI)
- Understanding of how Objectives and Work alignment works
- Strong understanding of and experience with Agile practices, processes, and artifacts
- Creating transparency and trust with customers on the OKPI journey
- Knowledge of Financial services brokerage operations, services and technology systems preferred
- Knowledge on delivering training to a large group of leaders
- Experience creating training materials and change management
- Agile experience required
- JIRA and Agile tools related experience preferred
- 7-10 years working in an Agile environment, with ability to work across multiple multi-functional teams.
- Bachelor degree required

- Proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate optimally at all levels of management and peers
- Proven track record of coaching leaders on OKPIs within an Agile organization

- Leading the development of the end to end business process architecture
- Working with the leadership team to drive improvements and resolve impediments across the squads
