Who are we looking for?
As the Director of Agent Services (DAS) you will be an integral part of the leadership team and will work closely with our Leadership Team to amplify the growth and profitability of the office through recruiting and retention.
What will you do?
You will work closely with our Team Leader to build a robust recruiting system and ensure seamless communication and onboarding/offboarding experience for all agents. You will be the liason and go-to person for agent questions and direct them accordingly. You will support the leadership team with projects/tasks as needed.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Agent Onboarding/Offboarding
- Ensure all onboarding/transfer paperwork is completed and submitted
- Onboard agents into our Keller Williams System
- Ensure all of the agent’s accounts are created and activated successfully
- Schedule New Agent Announcement post on social media
- Communicate with Leadership to ensure agents are entered into all of our systems
- Communicate and follow-up with the agents during their first (4) weeks to ensure successful launch into Real Estate
- Host/Co-host New Agent Orientations and Career Nights with Team Leader
Agent Support
- Make agents are aware of know how to utilize all of the tools, resources, and systems that they have available to them
- Help agents set up additional accounts/profiles for themselves and their businesses (Marketing Pages, Social Media Pages)
- Assist agents in placing orders for signs
- Be the go-to point of contact for new agents to then redirect them accordingly
- Prepare additional MLS applications for agents as needed
- Encourage agents to attend classes/events and join office committees
Leadership Support
- Assist with building out and perfecting our recruiting systems
- Assist with administrative and data entry tasks/projects
- Assist with coordinating lunches/sponsors for events and classes
- Assist with the scheduling/posting on office Social Media pages
Qualifications
- Real Estate Experience
- Real Estate Admin Experience
- Onboarding Experience
- Training Experience
- Customer Service/Executive Assistant (2+ years)
- Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
- Service-Oriented Mindset
- Knowledge of Basic Office Equipment
- Skilled using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other similar programs
- Undergraduate Degree from an Accredited University
