Director of First Impressions/Administrative Assistant Job at Keller Williams Realty Abilene
The Director of First Impressions is the first point of contact for both agents and clients in our office. We are looking for someone with a poised, positive, relationship-based attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to preform multiple projects on a daily basis while remaining focused and maintaining high energy.
Job Duties
- Answer phone promptly with warmth and friendliness
- Greet everyone with a smile--be positive and cheerful
- Offer administrative assistance to agents
- Receive and sort mail or other deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and operations of office
- Event coordination
- Create and distribute marketing/promotional materials
- Send out welcome email for all new agents
- Maintain and update office calendar
- Update social media with announcements, opportunities, training and events
- Office supply inventory & ordering
- Assist with any other delegated duties within requested time frame
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Knowledge of office equipment (multi-line phone, commercial copier, etc)
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Strong organization & prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Take charge attitude and self-starter
- Motivation to be punctual, hardworking & dependable
- Interest in growing skills to be a supportive leader within the team
- Comfortable with social media/marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
