Position: Director of Nursing ( DON )
Location: Oswego, NY
Shift: 8am - 5pm, weekends and holidays only as needed.
Pay: Depends on experience, starting at $120,00/year
Patient Population/Diagnoses: Adult & Geriatric - Long Term & Short term rehab, Adult day program as well.
Must Haves:
- License: NY RN
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Long term care, needs to have leadership experience (ADON, RN manager of a LTC facility, Charge RN with solid leadership experience)
- Education: ADN - must get BSN
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting
- Staffing (heavily involved)
- Oversee nursing staff
- Need to be up to date and compliant on all DOH and CMS regulations.
- Role is 80% Administrative
