With a focus on love, compassion and dignity, Bardwell Residences serves adults 62 and older and offer services that help some to maintain their independence. Bardwell Residence is open and is especially designed to serve the older adult. This newly created leadership role will hire, develop and build their clinical team to serve Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.:

The redevelopment project of Old Copley Hospital was developed by Fox Valley Developers. It houses 99 total studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Bardwell Residences is the Choice for Senior Living, Independent Assisted Living, and Memory Care in the greater Aurora IL area.:

You are responsible to select and support a nursing team whose members address the needs and the satisfaction of our senior population. You and your Team must lead by example, and demonstrate dedication to our mission. You must have a proven ability to work with families and Residents to achieve the balance of quality of life and business objectives.:
If you love Seniors and are interested in providing assistance to residents with their activities of daily living, come join our Team. Must be professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience as a Nursing supervisor desired.:
If you have the passion to care for our seniors in need of Affordable Assisted Living Services, come join our Team.:
Education/Experience:
The DON shall be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Illinois, and he/she must have had at least 3 years experience, with at least 1 of those years being served in a supervisory capacity.
Valid drivers license with driving record in good standing per insurance vendor.
