Job Summary

The Director, Corporate Social Responsibility is responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation and monitoring of AYR’s cohesive Corporate Social Purpose strategies and objectives through collaboration with internal and external partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop overarching Corporate Social Responsibility strategic plan in tandem with Head of CSR.
  • Create quarterly calendars, plans and strategies for CSR that ladder up to corporate and regional goals.
  • Oversee regional CSR activities & key stakeholder group (CSR Community Council)
  • Report on CSR programming outcomes and impacts to Company Leadership Team.
  • Lead budget & monitor department spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives.
  • Create a proactive path for employees to share their Force for Good – working in conjunction with Total Rewards. team to encourage employee community engagement (Benevity).
  • Work with marketing and PR teams to drive engagement and celebrate our impact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships and regular communication with community partners.
  • Manage Ayr Social Impact and Force for Good Webpage in conjunction with agencies.
  • Update Head of CSR on relevant community and industry research and trends.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Corporate Social Responsibility, or ESG programs.
  • Demonstrated CSR commitment through professional or volunteer activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent follow-through and ability to keep projects on track and delivered on time.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and be open-minded to learning new skills and adaptable to changes to workflow.
  • Comfortable using various data management systems and tools (Excel and Microsoft Suites, Smartsheet, etc.)
