Dishwasher Team Member Job Description

We are seeking team members with a proven skillset in restaurant kitchen duties and hospitality. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Essential Job Functions

• 
  Provides customers exceptional service that aligns to Chick-fil-A standards and core values, which are: Integrity, Care, Urgency and Servant Leadership.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
• Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing a quality food and excellent customer service.
• Maintains highest quality of food and ensure food safety policies are followed according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Completes food preparation duties and ensures that all food items on menu are prepared and available for service at all times.
• Completes cleaning tasks, to include but not limited, to clean and sanitize equipment and work areas, keep floor areas clean, wash dishes, recycle boxes and dispose of trash as assigned.
• Possess the drive and enthusiasm to complete guests’ orders in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service.
• Unload shipment of foods and supplies and place in designated areas as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Chick-fil-A or restaurant experience is valued, but not required.
• Must be available to work variable shifts as assigned.
• Must be available to work Saturday.

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
