Our Line and Prep Team Members are: friendly, energetic, and the heart of the JINYA brand. Line and Prep Team Members support Kitchen Managers and play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction through perfect plate execution.

Starting Hourly Rate: $16

Responsibilities:

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.

• Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.

• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.

• Sweep/mop floors.

• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.

• Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.

• Other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

• A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Previous experience preferred, not required.
