*Hommage Bakehouse is hiring a PART TIME Dish Washer for our brand new wholesale production bakery facility. You will be working directly with, assisting, and communicating with the Baking Team and Operations Team.* _*What we expect from you: *_ * In your position, you will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and keeping a tidy dish washing/drying area, as well as expending dirty dishes, production equipment, and tools during work hours. * There will be repetitive motions using your hands and feet, prolonged standing, and you must be able Hommage Bakehouse is excited to offer you a position for the role of Dish Washer. * You will be working directly with, assisting, and communicating with the Bakers, Operations Team, and Hommage Wholesale Accounts. lift and move items that are often up to 50lbs. * Promptly show up in work attire to all scheduled shifts and communicate with managers AHEAD of time if you are unable to make your shift or if you will be late. _*What to expect from us: *_ * You will be paid every 2 weeks, at the rate of $18 per hour, and will accrue 1 hour of sick pay for every 30 hours worked based on current California Sick Pay laws. * There is potential for pay increase and/or job advancement in this position if you are consistent, show up on time, and are in good standing with Hommage Bakehouse after a probationary period. * Work schedules are posted in person at Hommage Bakehouse, as well as emailed to employees in advance on the weekly and posted to our scheduling app. We use a downloadable app for your smart phone or device for easier schedule checking, and other convenient actions such as time off requests and vacation requests. * Fairness, honesty, and tranparency in the workplace.
